Where can I buy Kitchen Bliss products?

Kitchen Bliss  products are available online and in select stores across India. You can check out our Store Location page (coming soon) for the list of stores where our products are available which is being updated from time to time. We accept direct enquiries for bulk orders from corporates and retailers. You can call us at +91 8800554480 or fill the contact us form and submit online.

We are also working on making our products available online on Amazon and Flipkart. You can check out those platforms for purchase soon. We do recommend using the Kitchen Bliss  website for additional discounts and savings. 

How can I get information about new products and promotions?

All information about our new products and promotions will be available on the web. If you are interested in receiving promotion mailers about discounts and new products, you can subscribe to our email list here. 

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your “My Orders” section on your account page on the website. Put in your tracking number or the email address you used to place the order to get the order status.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order. All cancellations are done at Kitchen Bliss’s discretion based on our cancellation and refund policies.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across PAN India. 

We do not ship internationally at the moment, but for shipping outside of India, please reach out to our customer service team and we will try and accommodate special requests with additional charges as incurred by us.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes upto 24-48 hours to process it for delivery.
Standard local shipping takes around 2-8 business days and Standard national shipping takes around 1-3 business days. We also have an express shipping option if you want your item shipped to you faster. Extra shipping charges will be applied as applicable.

What are the benefits of signing up for an account with Kitchen Bliss?

What does ‘out of stock’ or ‘coming soon’ mean?

‘Out of stock’ means that currently the product is not available in the Kitchen Bliss warehouse.

‘Coming soon’ means we are working on developing the item at the moment and doing all the quality checks to provide you with a great product that you would love coming back to. We will change the status from coming soon to available as soon as we have the final product in our inventory. 

Do you offer a referral program? How does it work? (COMING SOON)

We have created a referral program to thank our customers for referring their friends and family. To refer someone, you will first need to have an account in our online store. After that you can head to your profile page to get your personalized referral link.

Any of your friends who decide to place their first order using your referral link will enjoy a ₹50 discount. In return you will be credited to ₹50 too for helping us spread the word. You will either get a coupon code or reward points to use this discount.

Do you have physical stores?

We currently don’t have any physical stores under our brand name. However, we do have several distributors in India. The full list of stores that resell our products can be found on our stores locator map (coming soon).

Can I cancel an order? How do I cancel it?

In order to cancel your order, login to your Kitchen Bliss account, go into my orders and click on cancel. You can also contact us at customercare@kitchenbliss.in with subject line: Order cancellation and let us know which items you would like for us to cancel. 

Once the order has been shipped from the warehouse and a confirmation email is sent to your registered Email ID, then the order cannot be cancelled by you. All order cancellations are made on Kitchen Bliss’s discretion. 

Upon Cancellation, Kitchen Bliss will initiate refund of the amount paid by the Customer within 7-12 business days as per Customer’s original payment method.

What does the PayU Payment Gateway do?

The PayU payment gateway is one of the largest consumer payment processors in the world. It is a state-of-the-art payment gateway that protects your account details when you shop on Kitchen Bliss by encrypting sensitive information like your card number. It is VeriSign Secured and validated by Payment Card Industry compliant Control Code.

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or sales tax) when I make a purchase on Kitchen Bliss?

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on the Kitchen Bliss website. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the order confirmation page is exactly what you pay. The final order total would also include the shipping and handling charges as applicable.

Why do I see a delivery charge?

Delivery charge is nothing but the shipping fee which is applicable only on orders with a total value less than  ₹1,000. This is to cover for our logistics cost to ensure that products are delivered at your doorstep in the best and safest way possible. Currently, we have a flat delivery charge of  ₹99 for all orders under ₹1,000.

How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?

Kitchen Bliss’s Cash on Delivery option allows you to pay order value at the time of delivery for all orders up to ₹3,000. Your existing limits will be revised once there is a delivery or order rejected against your account, from the new limit implementation logic, if required. To pay for any order using Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select the ‘Cash On Delivery’ option on the payment page. Cash on Delivery option is available only in selected pin codes. However, the COD limit may differ from customer to customer depending upon the order rejection percentage from a particular customers registered email id. For avoidance of doubt, ‘Order Rejection Percentage’ shall mean any undelivered orders which are returned from the address provided by the customer even, after three successful delivery attempts. In the event of COD limit breach, your order will be cancelled, and you will have to place a new order using Pre-payment options.
 
Further, the COD limit for any user may get decreased to ₹1,000, ₹0 basis on order rejection percentage and can be reset to ₹3,000 basis on Order acceptance percentage and number of prepaid orders placed, post limit decrease.

What if I’m not home?

If you’re not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the state and delivery method you choose.

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
